Window Crystals
Window crystals have a diamond shape formation with one of the points in the faces and the alternate point in the shank. These crystals are the ultimate “self-help” crystal. Until we know who you are, where we are going, and what we want, we can appear lost and drifting without purpose. They are known to activate our own self healing system so are an excellent choice to have as a personal crystal. What you will need
4 x Amethyst Points
10 x Single Terminated Clear Quartz Points
2 x Fluorite
1 x Malachite
6 x Rhodonite
1 x Red Jasper
1 x Wand or another Single Terminated Quartz Point
- Place the white Howlite on the brow chakra to relieve nervous tension and aid restful sleep
- Place four single terminated clear quartz points around the white Howlite with the points facing away from the stone to direct the nervous energy away from the brain
- Place one fluorite either side of the ears to combat feelings of dizziness and reduce fevers
- Place a malachite just under the throat area to relive symptoms of nausea and help absorb pain from the body
- Place one Rhodonite tumblestone on either shoulder blade, top of legs just under the hip but above mid thighs and one on the area of the mid calf to reduce inflammation and combat muscle fatigue
- Place a Red Jasper over the heart chakra to promote self healing
- Place one Amethyst point at the corner of the bed on the floor with the points facing away from the client to direct the nervous tension and negative energy away from the body
- Place an Elestial or Candle Quartz under the bed directly under the heart chakra
- Use the remaining 6 single terminated Clear Quartz points to form a grid.
- Using a wand or another single terminated point create the Elestial Grid as show in the following diagram.
- Leave in position for 15 – 20 minutes before removing
How to create an Elestial Grid
- Place the Elestial Quartz or Candle Quartz under the bed in the area of the heart chakra directly under the red jasper
- Starting at point 1 draw the Universal Healing Energy down through your higher chakras, down into your crown chakra towards your heart. In your mind’s eye, see the energy flowing from your heart up towards your shoulder, down your arm which holds the wand and see it coming out through the tip of your wand like a laser beam. Once you can see the energy flowing join up the grid by moving your wand from the tip of point 1 to the top of the Elestial Quartz.
- Return the line back down to point 1. Draw the line up to the tip of point 3
- Draw the line back to the Elestial Quartz and return it too point 3
- Draw the line up to point 4
- Draw the line back to the Elestial Quartz and return it too point 4
- Draw the line up to point 5
- Draw the line back to the Elestial Quartz and return it too point 5
- Draw the line up to point 6
- Draw the line back to the Elestial Quartz and return it too point 6
- Draw the line up to point 7
- Draw the line up to point 6
- Draw the line back to the Elestial Quartz and return it too point 7
- Draw the line back to point 1
- In your mind’s eye and using your wand raise the energy up from the tip of the Elestial Quartz and from each of the smaller tips around it’s base. The energy from the tip will emerge directly through the Red Jasper activating the body’s self healing process. The energy from the smaller points around the base of the Elestial Quartz will activate the other stones on the body and shower the remainder of the body with healing energy.

Healing Crisis
What is it?
A healing crisis which is also known as ‘Herxheimer Reaction’ is caused by the body releasing toxins at a higher rate than the body can naturally dispose of them. The more toxins there are requiring removal, the more severe the reaction. A healing crisis can occur during or after a healing session, any spiritual attunement or after during a general detoxification of the body. Symptoms generally last for 1 – 3 days but can be quite uncomfortable at the time.
What happens to the body during or following a healing session?
During and after a healing session the internal organs of the body work together to eliminate waste products. This prepares the body for regeneration whereby old tissues are replaced with new. This is the body’s self healing mechanism.
When anyone undergoes any kind of energy healing or cleansing of the body, it causes bacteria within the body to die off. This bacteria contains toxins known as endotoxins which are released into the body. Toxins and endotoxins are fat soluble and are changed in the liver to become water soluble. They are then transported to the kidneys which with the help of water flushes them out through the urine. However if water is limited at this time, the kidneys cannot flush out the toxins completely and therefore can cause an accumulation of metabolic waste; which in turn can lead to other issues such as gall stones, allergies, hypertension, kidney stones or even kidney failure. Thus we should drink plenty of water following any healing session.
What causes a healing crisis?
A healing crisis occurs when the body has created more endotoxins and toxins than the body can easily dispose of The excess toxins and endotoxins which are fat soluble are all transported to the liver to be converted into water soluble. When there are more than the liver can cope with, it causes a backflow or backlog. These fat soluble toxins and endotoxins then enter the blood stream and travel to various body parts and become trapped giving rise to joint, muscle pain and inflammation. Eventually the body re-absorbs them and they will once again travel to the liver again and be converted into water soluble so that the kidneys can finally excreta them in the urine.
Possible Symptoms of a Healing Crisis
- Headaches
- Muscle pain
- Joint pain
- Cold and flu like symptoms
- Shivering
- Dizziness
- Mood swings
- Crying
- Being more emotional than normal, anger, despair, sadness and fear
- Over reacting
- Panic attacks
- Diarrhoea
- Cramps
- Arthritis flare up
- Sinus congestion
- Low grade fever
A healing crisis can bring issues to the surface that has been deeply buried. Alternatively the client may have had lots of minor issues just bubbling beneath the surface and suddenly one or more of these issues may emerge. It can be like shaking a bottle of fizzy drink and then opening the lid. What happens is that some issues burst forth immediately whilst the remainder comes out at a much slower rate.
How to deal with a healing crisis
During a therapy session
If the client lies motionless on the bed, but is silently crying or if they show signs of twitching or sudden jerky movements; ensure your client is grounded and their energies are balanced and carry on with the healing session. Reassure your client following the session and explain to them why this happed. Remain calm and never panic.
Should the client begin shivering or shaking uncontrollably, or show signs of going into shock; cover them with a warm blanket, ensure they are grounded. Reassure your client at all times and explain to them why this is happening. Remain calm and never panic.
Following a therapy
Drink plenty of water, juices and herbal teas to flush the body of toxins. (Between 2 – 4 litres of water per day).
Rest as much as you can
If symptoms persist after 4 – 5 days, check with a medical practitioner in case the symptoms are NOT in relation to a healing crisis and are something else.

Quartz Crystals have six sides along their vertical sides. A bridge crystal is easily recognised by a smaller crystal which is found penetrating the main larger structure. Part of the bridge is inside the larger structure and the remainder on the outside.
It can be used to link between one world and another so makes a great crystal to communicate with your spirit guides and higher vibrational energies. It also acts as a bridge or link between ourselves as an adult and our inner child, one person and another or the conscious and unconscious mind.
It is a good crystal to work with when you reach a crossroads in your life as it will help give you direction, as it is a good decision maker. A bridge acts in a different way to a double terminated crystal, a bridge allows us to create a path to access and allow communication and bring understanding. A double terminated crystal unblocks existing access or pathways to establish communication by creating a clear flow of energy exchange.
